Kochi, the cultural capital of Kerala State in Southern India, is a historically fascinating city with a picturesque old town and typically Indian colourful street life. A seaside city, it is also a port and a transport hub for the surrounding backwaters of Kerala and other sights of this beautiful state. A few years ago, I spent about a week here, and here are some of the photos from that trip.
