Taipei flies under the radar as a street photography destination. And yet, it can offer just as much as any big city in the world if one just makes a little effort to look beyond the wide streets and office towers. It may not be the city that never sleeps, but it’s most certainly an night owl. And in the day, it’s a late riser, like yours truly.
